Clubnet worked closely with The Dubliner to implement a full bar and restaurant system that met their requirements. The Dubliner needed a system that was robust and flexible to manage the day to day tasks of operating a busy bar.
In mid 2008 The Dubliner undertook a review of its legacy Epos system, identifying that it no longer met the requirements of its business and
felt it was lacking key reporting features. Clubnet were approached to provide an independent evaluation of their requirements which consisted of an onsite
survey, various meetings with general managers and draft proposal of what would be needed.
The new system would have to be robust and stable and provide The Dubliner with the necessary functions to expand business. Many custom features were developed to ensure
the solution was suited to their requirements. Because Clubnet design and develop their own software here in Ireland, providing such client requests was extremely feasible.
The Dubliner implemented the Clubnet Epos System which consisted of 4 Epos Terminals, Back office Software, Kitchen Printer's and Custom Designed Software Features for advanced reporting. This system was chosen based upon the significant operational performance enhancements it could offer.
"When searching for a new Epos system, we wanted a solution that was not only reliable, but was flexible in a way we could add to system features
where required.
Clubnet managed the implementation of the system professionally and made it easy to get to grips with the system fast. We have been amazed at the ease of use and speed that we can now update and process sales at the till."
