Clubnet worked closely with Callan Golf Club to provide a fully integrated Golf Club Management System to take care of all aspects of running a golf club.
Callan Golf Club has experienced a rapid growth of membership over the past number of years. At that point it was easy to see why they needed to invest in a complete management system to successfully manage and expand the club. Up until 2002 Callan Golf Club had very little in terms of an efficient management tool which is key to running successful competitions, handling bookings and managing handicaps.
Clubnet were Introduced to the clubs committee in order to devise of an affordable solution and implement a system that was fast, efficient and able to expand with the club
Clubnet put forward a solution which was to consist of an Integrated Proshop, Handicap, Bar, Restaurant, Score Entry and Back Office and Loyalty Card Systems. All of these seamlessly integrate to provide a very reliable, user friendly system. Clubnet also provided Callan with a complete member portal facility. This portal is a touch screen system which is attached to the wall in the bar for members use. From here members can book tee times, enter scores, check loyalty card credit and more.
This was an excellent solution which took some of the work off the proshop.
