Customers Challenge

Looking to invest in the growth of Bantry Bay Golf Club, the management contacted Clubnet to provide a solution. Bantry wanted to replace their current dated system and needed something was was integrated. Bantry also wanted to look into the area of Online Tee time Reservation. They need a reservation system that was linked to their Proshop Epos, meaning that when a booking was made on their website, that booking would go directly onto the Epos terminal in the Proshop. They felt the current process they had in place was time consuming, which consisted of receiving email bookings then having to manually update the system with the booking.

The Solution

After Clubnet visited the club and had a meeting with the committee, we put forward a solution which we felt was ideal for Bantry Bay. Clubnet built a tee time reservations system into their existing website and integrated it to the Prohop Epos. This allowed for REAL-TIME tee time reservations to be made which would automatically update the system when a booking was made via the web.
We installed a full Golf Management System consisting of Bar, Proshop EPOS, Online Tee time Booking, Back Office and Finance Software, Handicap Management, Members Portal.
